My hair had jazz hands today as I headed out to yoga.
There is no better way to start the weekend than with Free Yoga For the People.
Bonny Branch is amazing, bar none.

I'm loving having sunshine with the morning yoga.
Spring puts the sun in my sun salute.

1. Loyalty.
2. Forbearance: self-control towards others.
3. Hardihood.

6. Honor: honor is achieved by living up to the ideal of the preudomme and pursuing the qualities and behavior listed above.

7. Championship: everywhere and always be the champion of the Right and the Good against Injustice and Evil.
