Wow.
Super tired.
Sometimes I forget that all the meditation, regular fitness, add-on intense fitness sessions, and rigorous intellectual and creative work that I'm doing is still work, even though i really like it and believe in what I'm doing. After we picked up vegetables, eggs, and fruit for the week, we all hit the library and the shopped for a couple items at the co-op. Putting stuff away at home, i hit a wall with being tired - i just totally ran out of steam.
So I'm resting again before dinner.
And it's going to be an early night tonight.
Yesterday at the gym:
- Walk -jog 1 mile
- 32 back extensions
- 32 inclined sit ups
- 20@7.5#(l,r) each: swimmers press, skull crushers, fly
- 1 minute plank
- 30 minute sauna meditation
Today at the gym
- Walk -jog 1 mile
- 32 back extensions
- 32 inclined sit ups
- 1 minute plank
- 20 minute sauna meditation
After the gym yesterday
- met with my sponsor
- Women's group meeting
After the gym this morning
- tried to jump start Harvey's car
- Met with the chaplain discuss independent study on spirituality, empowerment and communities
- Went to yoga therapy
- Rested until time to get the vegetables for the week.
Life is so very very good.
