Consider what you want to do and where you want to go as if you're viewing reality through a wide-angle lens to give you a sweeping panorama. You'll have plenty of opportunities to narrow your focus later on.This morning I met with the new boss and we went over three new projects for me to take on in the weeks after Christmas and into the new year. I'm very excited (ok, I know that my nerd roots are showing, but it's true!) and am looking forward to the tables, maps, graphs and charts -- and colors! -- that the coming work will bring.
On the life front, I have been taking some spare moments in the last couple days to outline what I want to accomplish next [everything from End World Hunger to floss] and to start graphing the process of how to achieve that. It's fun, and it's all part of the lifework that is my bucket list.
