Education, Ethnicity, and Equity in Roanoke

I've been doing some research on the demographics of Downtown (highlighted in yellow in the maps below) and how it occupies an intersection of very disparate populations when viewed from the neighborhood level. All in all this paints a very compelling picture of how opportunity disparity is geographically entrenched.
