Cold & Flu Season

The cold took a turn,and I'm upping the game with sage and garlic in the honey lemon tea. That and baths will help sweat whatever this is out of my system. Tiger balm to help open up the chest, and of course zinc, b complex and magnesium.

And rest.

I still can't talk,but my throat doesn't hurt as much.
