The cure for being tired is: Less Caffeine

In another moment of black-is-white-and-up-is-down Heidi wisdom, I've decided that the solution to being tired and out of whack is less caffeine.

I'm not saying I'm gong to give it up altogether or anything, but ever since I switched to decaf coffee, my sensitivity to even small amounts of caffeine -- from black tea or from chocolate -- has been pronounced.
