Picking it back up

After Thai yoga this morning, the family hit the gym. Kid zone is only open from 9-12 in the summer for camp aged children, and Vivian loves her time and friends there.

While she played, I got back in the pool for the first time in months. I swam 250 yards after shaking the rust off, hung out in the hot tub for ten minutes, then the sauna for ten minutes.

It was a beautiful time together before therapy, the afterwards we went to the library before dinner. I was famished, and apparently Vivian was too as we both had seconds.

Tuck in included a reading of The Blueberry Girl and Harvey did a great job bringing Gaiman's words to life.  I confess that I was ready for bed afterwards, and didn't make it through a whole episode of The Last Kingdom.

I slept well and so did my family.
Life is good.
