Over Halloween weekend, David and I saw banagrams, a game that completely fetched our imaginations. We picked up a game last week, and last night we broke out the tiles while dinner was cooking and Graeme was finishing up his missed homework (don't get me started: i swear we have done these worksheets at least twice before, but somehow they never seem to get back to the teacher).We dumped out the tiles and began playing, getting caught up in it and laughing in delight and frustration. It's completely addictive, and by the third game, Ethan had joined in and was really pushing hard, as we all were. I highly recommend this to (for?) anyone who is a word geek, a board game lover, or who travels. If you know someone who does all three, this is a real gem.
